He/She will be responsible for developing a detailed study of the requirements specification of the application/use cases and will provide feedback during design phase for ambiguous or unclear requirements. Required Skills and Experience

• 5-7 years of progressive experience with at least 5 years in Software QA Projects and a track record of technology leadership
• Experience in leading offshore teams
• Demonstrate leadership characteristics and/or experience, change agent, thinks strategically, results oriented, proven high level of performance
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Finance desirable
• In-depth functional knowledge of financial applications such as banking, brokerage is a plus.
