Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR at Arsin is as old as the values and principles established over a decade ago. These principles and values have served as the foundation of our organization and are reflected in our culture. We invest in these areas to be true to our values. Our approach to community involvement focuses on delivering maximum social impact and business value. In many ways, each of our businesses is a guardian of the resources of society. Our role places us in close contact, and gives us a position of influence with the leaders who make the decisions that dictate the economic, social, and political direction of our society. Our sense of CSR and the values that underpin it, are reflected in our strategic decisions and the choices we make every day. As an organization and professionals, we support the dignity of the individual and act with the highest ethics and integrity. Further, we expect each other to deliver high performance and to advance our knowledge and improve our capabilities so that we can be the Standard of Excellence.

Education

Communication and IT revolution has introduced the concept of global village to the world. Still there are rural areas in our country, where there is dearth for basic education and infrastructure facilities. Some of our activities carried out in this area are

		Financial aid to built a school in a village in partnership with Government and NGO
		Donated computers to rural Govt. school
		As a form of corporate donation our employees pledge a certain amount of their salary towards community activities

Sponsorships & Support

Our philanthropic efforts encompass a host of activities

		Financial support for the underprivileged in getting admissions in professional courses like engineering
		Our employees also volunteer their time for various CSR activities like blood donation, participating in marathon runs like Hyderabad10k, spending quality time at old age homes and orphanages and underprivileged children. Our employees devote part of their time interacting, counseling and educating these children.

By taking decisive actions to reduce the organization's contribution to climate change, we want to make a difference in the well-being of our people, our organization, the world’s economy, and the communities in which we operate. At Arsin, we encourage our employees to car pool and reduce usage of paper. We aim to be the standard of excellence in eco-friendly, technology solutions and invest in environmentally friendly computing. For example we have introduced multifunction printer (MFP)—those that print, scan, fax, and copy and encourage 'duplex' (two-sided) printing reduces paper consumption by 50%
