The leadership team is made up of talented individuals who are each experts in their field.

Satya Bolli, Chairman and Managing Director
Satya spearheads the global operations of SemanticSpace. Satya is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in software development industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped building SemanticSpace successfully as per the business model. Satya holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

Sam Ourfalian, President
Sam is President of SemanticSpace and oversees the business operations across SST, Arsin and Prolifics. Prior to joining SemanticSpace, Sam served as CIO of Home Loans and Insurance at Bank of America, one of the world's largest financial institutions. At Bank of America, Sam was responsible for all technology functions, including administration, strategy, planning and execution for their mortgage banking and insurance divisions. Prior to the merger of Countrywide Financial Corporation and Bank of America, Sam was CIO of Countrywide Financial where he spent over 16 years in several technology executive positions. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Computer Science.

Sarat Addanki, Senior Vice President - Testing Solutions
Sarat Addanki is the Senior Vice President overseeing all the Centers of Excellence (Functional Testing, Performance Testing & Test Automation), supervising pre-sales activities and managing IP development. He has 18 years of experience in the ERP arena including design, development and testing of ERP implementations. As a pioneer in implementing Quality Programs for ERP implementations, he played a Quality Architect role for very large SAP implementations at McKesson Corporation and Cardinal Health. He was part of a SAP Quality professionals team contributed to the design of SAP Test Accelerator TAO. He founded the ERP Division at Arsin, which focuses on developing Frameworks and accelerators to ensure Delivery Excellence, reduce the overall cost of ownership and increase productivity in ERP implementations. The Test Accelerators he designed significantly improve the Testing Process, Knowledge Management and Test Automation. His domain expertise ranges from Pharmaceutical Distribution, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing to Retail industries. He is a PMI (Project Management Institute) certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Sarat holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

Michael Chadwick, Executive Vice President - Global Sales
Michael heads the Global Sales Team for SemanticSpace, Arsin and Prolifics. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois. Michael, having joined Prolifics in 1992, played a vital role in Business Unit’s growth and financial success. He is responsible for developing new business initiatives and leading key strategic alliances with partners and customers. He has helped building an extensive network of partners enabling the Business Unit to expand its capabilities and market reach.

Devi Gupta, Vice President of Marketing
Devi Gupta directs the market positioning for SemanticSpace, which includes its sister companies Arsin and Prolifics. First an employee of Prolifics, under her guidance, Prolifics made the critical transition from a product and services company to becoming a highly reputable WebSphere service provider and winner of several awards at IBM including the Business Partner Leadership Award, Best Portal Solution, Impact Best SOA Solution, and Overall Technical Excellence Award. Devi has been a key leader, fulfilling a variety of principal functions since joining the company in 1991, from Product Manager to VP of Marketing. Her computer science background has allowed Devi to move freely between the engineering and the business development/marketing sides of the technology industry, which gives her a unique ability to apply the client's perspective to the on-going evolution of technology and solutions. Prior to joining Prolifics, Devi was a programmer and relational database specialist at the Philadelphia Electric Company. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, where she was one of the original founders of the Cornell Impact Dance Troupe which is still going strong today.
