ARSIN CORPORATION INDIA SUBSIDIARY RECOMMENDED
FOR BS7799-2:2002 CERTIFICATION
SANTA CLARA, CA — March 10, 2004 —
Arsin Corporation today announced that Arsin Systems Private Limited
("ASPL"), its wholly owned subsidiary, has been recommended
for BS7799-2:2002 certification by Standardization, Testing and
Quality Certification Directorate (STQC) of the Government of India.
The STQC is an attached office under the Department of Information
Technology and is the leading government certification body in India.

certification ensures that ASPL has all the necessary processes

BS7799-2:2002 is the leading recognized industry standard for benchmarking
Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) within an organization.
An ISMS is the means by which an organization monitors and controls
the security of their information systems, minimizing the residual
business risk and ensuring that security continues to fulfill all
corporate, customer and legal requirements. BS7799-2:2002 is the
second part of the overall 7799 standard consisting of ISO/IEC 17799:2000
(Part 1) which is the standard code of practice and is regarded
as a comprehensive catalogue of security procedures that an organization
should implement. BS7799-2:2002 (Part 2) instructs how to apply
ISO/IEC 17799:2000 and how to build, operate, maintain and improve
an ISMS. The latest version of the standard incorporates systematic
risk assessment and ongoing improvement to mitigate emerging risks
as they occur. This gives Arsin's clients the confidence that Arsin

This certification adds to the existing ISO 9001:2000 certification
that ASPL achieved in 2002. ISO 9001:2000 the international standard
that specifies requirements for a quality management system for

products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements
and who aim for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
