SemanticSpace Technologies Completes Acquisition of Arsin Corporation

Combined company to deliver full spectrum of software solutions to its customers by leveraging its experience and intellectual property

SANTA CLARA, CALIF. –– January 24, 2007 — SemanticSpace Technologies, a leading global software solutions company, announced the completion of its acquisition of Arsin Corporation. Arsin is now a wholly owned subsidiary of SemanticSpace, but will retain its business focus, senior management, expert workforce, and brand identity.

The combination of SemanticSpace and Arsin creates a more powerful set of highly scalable service and software offerings for delivering and managing compelling enterprise software solutions, project services, test automation, and quality assurance services to Global 2000 companies.
