Medical Benefits
Our medical services bring you and your family the care you need,
when you need it. These services include routine and preventive
care, emergency and hospital services, and maternity and specialist
care - everything you expect from a health care program. Arsin employees
have a choice of HMO or PPO plans. Prescription drugs are covered
after nominal co-payments. In addition, our medical plans include
vision care.
Dental Benefits
Our dental insurance covers each employee, spouse, and dependent.
Another great feature added to Arsin's current dental coverage is
orthodontic coverage for dependent children.
Life & Disability
Benefits
Arsin provides life insurance, as well as long-term and short-term
disability coverage.
401(k) Plan
All full time Arsin employees are eligible to participate in the
Arsin 401(k) retirement plan.
Flexible Paid Time
Off
Dependent upon your years of direct relevant work experience (as
determined by Arsin) at your hire date, you can be eligible for
paid personal time off from 15 to 25 days per year. In addition,
all Arsin employees enjoy 10 recognized paid holidays per year.
Health Club Reimbursement
Employee health and well being are important to Arsin and we show
it! Employees are encouraged to maintain a regular exercise program
at a health club, gym, or swim center of their choosing. We will
reimburse the employee up to $30.00 per month to be used towards
the monthly membership fee. |
