Danis Yadegar
President and CEO, Board Member
Danis Yadegar founded Arsin Corporation over fifteen years ago and in 2007 it became part of SemanticSpace Technologies. Arsin continues as an industry leader in enterprise software test and test automation. As president and CEO, Danis is responsible for Arsin's long-term strategy and day-to-day operations. He has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of software design, development, and testing with special emphasis on integration, scalability testing, database, and user interface development. Prior to Arsin Danis held various management positions at Hewlett Packard, Tandem Computer and Micro Focus. Danis holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and attended graduate school at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Sarat Addanki
Vice President, ERP Practice
Sarat Addanki is the Vice President, ERP Practice. He has 17 years of experience in the ERP arena including design, development and testing of ERP implementations. He has pioneered the execution of Quality Programs for ERP implementations. At Arsin Corporation, he founded the ERP Division which focuses on developing Frameworks and accelerators to ensure Delivery Excellence, reduce the overall cost of ownership and increase productivity in ERP implementations. He developed a Quality Assurance Framework which assess and confirms ERP project activities and deliverables such as Risk Management Plan, Decision Quality, Value Realization, Vendor Management Plan and Delivery Quality and publishes project health metrics around Cost, Quality, Productivity, Schedule, Size and Risks. The Test Accelerators he designed significantly improve the Testing Process, Knowledge Management and Test Automation. His division focuses on providing Quality Services for SAP, Oracle, People Soft, Sterling, Retek and Middleware applications. His domain expertise ranges from Pharmaceutical Distribution to Manufacturing and Retail industries. He is a PMI (Project Management Institute) certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Sarat holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
John Dusenbury
Chief Corporate Counsel
John Dusenbury is responsible for contractual matters and the full spectrum of legal affairs for Arsin. A senior transactional corporate attorney with an extraordinary record of accomplishment as in house counsel for among others Ford Financial Services and Del Monte Foods doing a broad spectrum of corporate work including establishment of in house legal departments and processes. In addition to his regular duties John has taught courses and served as an advisor regarding new legislation for trade organizations. Since 1995 he has focused primarily on technology services, software and intellectual property law, working for among other companies Triad Systems, Netscape and Inventa Technologies before joining Arsin. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, BS, Journalism, Phi Kappa Phi and San Francisco Law School, JD.
Satya Bolli
Chairman of the Board
Satya spearheads the global operations of SemanticSpace. Satya is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in software development industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped building SemanticSpace successfully as per the business model. Satya holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.
P V S Raju
Board Member
P V S Raju is a Post Graduate in Physics and Business Administration. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Commercial and Investment Banking. Mr. Raju presently advises some leading corporate on aspects relating to Corporate Governance and financial restructuring.
Ajay Mittal
Board Member
Ajay Mittal has over 15 years of experience in funds management, taxation and finance. He has been with UTI Venture Funds (UVF) since its inception and has played an active part in identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and monitoring the investments made. He represents UVF on the Boards of portfolio companies such as Marksans Pharma, Koutons Retail and SemanticSpace. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by profession.
Ajay was earlier involved in managing 'India Access Fund' a U.S $ 80 million India dedicated offshore fund of UTI. |
